We've made good progress with the raised beds

Neighbours who like the project planted some strawberry plants - under cover of darkness in their dressing gowns!

Herbs have been moved from their old spot into the new raised beds

The bean and pea wig wam has a new home in a raised bed

I'd particularly like to thank Helen, Gail, Teresa,  John, and of course our supervisor Flynn for their help

Rhubarb - it will not be ready to harvest until next year though

A friend gave me two crates for the project - I filled them with soil straight away so that they didn't get pinched!

Bridie gave us some plants from her lovely garden. There is still some more soil to be added to some parts of the raised beds

Rhubarb, sage, lavender and strawberries - a fine combination!

Another shot of the packing case raised beds

More wood for the project...
